Meetings with stakeholders are used to ascertain and outline the expectations of those who manage the work performed.These goals and expectations generally follow the project scope, which is usually defined in the contracting phase. Having identified the high-level expectations, COEUS then works with stakeholders at all levels to drill down and specifically document the requirements necessary to meet the stated goals and outlined expectations. Once documented and agreed upon, the documented requirements represent a detailed map for successful delivery of the project scope.
