Process Analysis

Any project undertaken to improve efficiency and productivity requires a baseline review of how the organization currently operates. COEUS, through a series of interviews and focus groups, works with client staff to get the “boots on the ground” perspective. By working with the individuals that “do the work," COEUS identifies the steps from start to finish necessary to complete the processes required for individual or group achievement and the mission success of the agency. Once identified, each process is then documented with workflow process charts and step by step instructions, ensuring to eliminate gaps and that all processes are complete and accurate.
