Currently, services provided by COEUS are led by the owner, John E. Lawrence, II. John is an experienced program management professions with successful achievements in consulting, supervisory and management analysis, data management, and process analysis and development. His experience includes a political science background, encompassing more than 20 years of experience managing cross-cultural teams and building strategic relationships in the federal government, DC government and small businesses.

Over the next five years, Mr. Lawrence plans to expand COEUS' capabilities to include project managers, business analysts, technical writers and IT SBEs that will provide additional resources for potential clients with larger and/or more complex organizations.
